Acceptable Use Policy

1. Consent comes first

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have clearly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video.
• Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. Ever.
• Do not use photos of private individuals scraped from social media or taken without their knowledge.
• If someone asks you to stop using or delete their likeness, do so and contact us if you need help removing a video.

2. No deception or impersonation

• Do not present a RapDuo video as real footage, or make it look like a real person said, did or endorsed something they did not.
• Do not impersonate a real artist, public figure or brand, or claim that our output is by or affiliated with them. Our styles are homages to a genre and look, not to any person.
• Do not use another artist’s recordings, lyrics or protected material as prompts to reproduce them.
• Do not use videos for scams, fraud, fake endorsements or political disinformation.

3. Prohibited content

• Sexual or explicit content, and any nudity.
• Content that sexualises or endangers minors (reported to authorities where required).
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or content that targets people for protected characteristics.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Malware, spam, or attempts to interfere with the service.

4. Be honest about AI

When you share a RapDuo video publicly, we ask you to label it as AI-generated. Do not remove or hide any AI disclosure we add, and do not pass a generated video off as a genuine recording.

5. Fair use of the service

• No automated scraping, bulk account creation, or attempts to bypass credit, preview or rate limits.
• No reverse engineering, or reselling access without our written permission.
• No attempts to obtain another user’s data.

6. Enforcement

We use automated checks and human review. We may decline to generate a video, remove content, suspend or close accounts and, where the law requires, report to the appropriate authorities. Credits on accounts closed for serious breaches may be forfeited.

7. Report a problem

To report content that breaks these rules or shows you without your consent, email support@rapduo.video with the video link and details. See section 13 of our Terms of Service for how we handle reports.
